This is the photo that changed my life and I have not looked back since. This was June 2025 and I not only looked a mess I felt a mess. I was physically and mentally exhausted. I wasn't looking after myself and had just given up. This is the picture that started my journey on Mounjaro I had to change my life and I took my first steps on a long road to changing not only my mental health but my body and mindset also.
