Cheeky weigh-in
Had a cheeky weigh-in today and I’ve lost 2lb since last Thursday 🎉 my usual weigh-in day is Thursday as I jab that day but I just needed a pick me up today. I used to weigh-in daily before Mounjaro it was a bad habit as the fluctuations of my weight on a daily basis got me down. So went to weekly weigh-ins on jab day. I have until Thursday this week to see if I can lose a little bit more. Fingers crossed 🤞 the scale Gods are kind to me. I’m so close to my next stone bracket now which will see me hit the 12stones. A few stone left to lose until I hit my goal but I’m loving this weight loss journey I’m on.
