The difference!

Went over to my friend’s at the weekend and they were gobsmacked at the change in me after losing over 7 stone in weight. He just couldn’t believe it was me he said I looked so different. It made my day. All my hard work is paying off. We had a few drinks and I don’t drink now but as he was doing my hair as he’s a super talented hairdresser and I hadn’t seen him in a while I had a couple. I was a bit nervous to step on the scales yesterday but to my surprise I had lost 3lb I was so happy. It proves everything is fine in moderation. I have 1lb to go before I hit my next stone bracket and I have just over 2 stone left to lose now. My weight-loss journey has excited and motivated me right from the start. I am loving me now 🥰
